Education First Fund with Keller Williams Realty Partners are official partners in education with Cherokee County, Cobb County and Marietta City Schools. We are also members of Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce and Cobb County Chamber of Commerce.
How it works
We designed this program to help alleviate the day to day struggles and supply demands at our local schools, and believe in sacrificing a little bit of our business to make a big impact in our local community.
Once we have closed on your house:
EF2 will donate $250 to a program of the principal's choice
+ A SECOND $250 donation will be made to a classroom or program of our client’s choice
+ PLUS a THIRD $250 donation from Georgia Platinum Mortgage if a client were to choose them to close their loan (they're pretty amazing).
THAT MEANS if a client were to buy and sell a home (two closed transactions) with EF2 then you could earn up to $1,250 for your EF2 school.
Our Goal is to give $50,000 each year to our participating EF2 Schools. And the best part? Anyone can get involved!
